Nature of the service
[COMPANY NAME] provides academic consulting, editing, data analysis and presentation services. Delivered materials are for reference and study; use in line with your institution’s academic integrity rules is the user’s responsibility.
Orders and payment
- A quote is sent within 24 hours of the task form
- The contract is formed when you approve the quote and the transfer reaches our account
- Prices are in EUR; TRY payments use the exchange rate on the quote date
- Invoices are issued under Italian law
Payment plan
- After the quote is approved, 50% of the total is paid upfront as a deposit by bank transfer; work starts once it reaches our account
- The remaining 50% is paid on delivery; usage rights pass to the customer once payment is complete
- Bank details (IBAN) are never published on the site; they are sent to the customer privately after the quote is approved
- Every transfer must include the task code (order number) in the payment reference; payments without a task code are not processed until they can be matched
Delivery and revisions
- Delivery on the agreed date by email; all correspondence about the task runs under the task code
- Anything departing from the original instructions is revised free within 14 days of delivery
- Requests outside the scope are quoted separately
Cancellation and refunds
Full refund if cancelled before work starts; after that, a deduction proportional to the completed part applies. Details in the Refund Policy.
Intellectual property
Usage rights to fully paid work pass to the customer. Resale of delivered material is prohibited.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the relevant order. We are not responsible for institutional decisions, grades or third-party actions.
Governing law
Italian law applies; the competent court is Florence. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
