How is the price set?
By task type, number of pages or slides, academic level and deadline. You receive a clear quote within 24 hours and pay nothing until you approve it.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer, in two parts: a 50% upfront payment after you approve the quote, and the remaining 50% on delivery. We hold EUR and TRY accounts. Just add your task code to the reference of each transfer.
Why is an upfront payment required?
The upfront payment lets us assign an expert to your task and reserve your deadline. If you cancel before work starts, it is refunded in full.
Where do I get the IBAN?
Our IBAN is never published on the site. Once you approve the quote, the bank details are sent to you privately together with your task code.
When will I receive it?
On the deadline you chose in the form. Urgent tasks (24-48 hours) carry a surcharge stated in the quote.
Is the work original?
Yes. Every piece is written from scratch with full references and checked for plagiarism before delivery. A plagiarism report is available on request.
Can I request changes after delivery?
Yes. Anything that departs from your original instructions is revised free. Additions outside the scope are quoted separately.
Which languages do you work in?
English, Italian and Turkish.
Is my information confidential?
Yes. Your details and files are shared only with the expert assigned to your task; files are deleted 30 days after delivery.
Can I cancel?
If you cancel before work starts you get a full refund. After work starts, a deduction proportional to the completed part applies.
